THOROFF'S SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PROGRAM (TSRP)
Objetivos Generales:
Despertar un interes lingüistico en los jovenes para fomentar el aprendizaje de lenguas extranjeras y permitir mejores oportunidades a los jóvenes apoyados.
Objetivos específicos:
Mejorar la calidad de vida y conocimientos lingüisticos de al menos 21 niños/as en total ubicados en las ciudades: Bogotá, Cali, Medellín.
Aportes necesarios:
El fondeo de esta campaña será voluntario y cada persona o empresa puede aportar la cantidad de dinero que estime conveniente.
Beneficios:
Ropa: los niños que participen en nuestro programa de ayuda recibirán ropa con la consigna de responsabilidad social de Thoroff Colombia
Alimentación: mientras los niños estudian tendran acceso a alimentación gratuita.
Aprendizaje de una de las 13 lenguas extranjeras hasta nivel A1 según el marco común europeo.
Incentivo monetario: Los niños que tengan el mejor desempeño obtendrán un incentivo monetario para premiar su motivación, incentivo que está pendiente por ser definido según los aportes recibidos.
Ejecución:
El programa de responsabilidad social (Social Responsibility Program) se llevará a cabo progresivamente depediendo de los fondos disponibles y de manera estandarizada por los cual todos los niños deberán recibir los mismo beneficios sin preferencias y sin discriminación.
Elegibilidad:
Los niños seleccionados deben ser niños o niñas entre los 10 y 18 años, que no tengan conocimientos de ningún idioma extranjero. Los aspirantes deberan escribir un correo electrónico al e-mail que se destine para tal fin, y solicitar su participación en el programa. Luego de estudiar cada caso individualmente se procederá a aprobar o rechazar la petición. Serán elegidos 7 niños por ciudad.
Incentivo monetario:
Después de ayudar, concluir el programa y evaluar el desempeño y cada caso particular de los niños se procederá a dar un incentivo económico al mejor estudiante, por ciudad, para premiar su dedicación y pueda continuar con su aprendizaje y esfuerzo.
Transparencia:
Todos los recursos asignados a este programa de responsabilidad social empresarial tendrán soportes de gastos para justificar la utilización de los recursos y serán presentados públicamente a quien desee conocerlos. Del mismo modo todas las personas que aporten dinero quedarán registradas en nuestros records y la procedencia de los recursos será monitoreada.

Monetary incentive: 3 Children with the best performance will obtain a financial incentive to reward their motivation, an incentive that will be defined according to the contributions received.

Applicants must write an e-mail to the e-mail that is intended for this purpose, and request their participation in the program. After studying each case individually, the request will be approved or rejected. 7 children will be chosen per city.
Monetary incentive:
After helping, concluding the program and evaluating the performance and each particular case of the children, a financial incentive will be granted to the best student, by city, to reward his or her dedication and to continue with their learning process.

All of the resources assigned to this corporate social responsibility program will have accounting vouchers to justify the use of the resources and will be presented publicly to whoever wishes to check them. In the same way, all the people who contribute with money will be registered in our data base and the origin of the resources will be monitored.
